Summary0012001: c_bankcountry_trg is not correct
DescriptionIt's possible to change the country of a bank, even with a IBAN defined into it.
Steps To Reproducecreate a bank and set a country in the location selector
create a bank account for it with an IBAN format (for example, ES8023100001180000012345 for Spain)
go to bank tab
click on location selector
click cancel in the pop-up
click again the location selector
choose a different country
click ok
save bank

Now It is not possible to change the country of a bank, If the bank is defined with IBAN particular to the country.

Tested & Working fine.
