Summary0012185: Create New Record button in Comission Payment window
DescriptionAs Comission Payment window is not thought to create new records directly, "Create New Record" button should not appear
Steps To Reproduce1. Sales Management || Setup || Commission || Header: create a new record and save
2. Sales Management || Transactions || Commission Payment || Header: create new record and try to save. You will get the error.
Proposed SolutionFor pi: Set the Commission Payment header with UI Pattern = Single record then make all the fields as read-only except the Create Invoice button.

For 2.40: Single UI Pattern is not implemented in 2.40 (New and Delete button can not be removed) so there is not a 100% proper solution but making all the fields as read-only except the Create Invoice button.

To test this issue follow the reproduction steps and notice that in Sales Management || Transactions || Commission Payment || Header it is not possible to create a new record or delete a record or modify any field because the buttons for these action do not appear

It is only possible to navigate and to execute the generate invoice process.
