India localizer has already implement to get that the tax rates applied get accounting information under the accounting tab.

They do run a tool named "Financial Converter Tool" that once the chart of accounts is applied gets the ID's of the accounts, after that the Tax rate configuration dataset can be applied to the organization including the accounts.

To be research

We should not only assigned VAT related accounts but also Withholding account for those tax rate configured as withholding.
