Steps To ReproduceApply "Spanish taxes" dataset
Find the tax rate: "Adquisiciones IVA 16%" and set it as "Is Active" = NO.

Apply a new version of the "Spanish Taxes" dataset and realize that the above tax rate is changed once more to "Is Active" = YES.

We should avoid changing data already setup by the end-user while applying a new version of a dataset, whatever it is.
