Summary0018597: Incorrectly cached menu
DescriptionIn some occasions menu is cached even after session change.

Steps To Reproduce-Create a new menu entry for a new View implementation, leaving this new entry in the position it gets by default (no sorting in the tree).
-Refresh session so it appears in the menu and click on it
-Go to menu and remove this entry
-Refresh session, note the entry is still there even it shouldn't (and it does not appear in the quick launch)
