Summary0020565: Ignore accents when retrieving info from any field
DescriptionIf I filter by column name in grid mode Business Partner window (for instance), and I type "Ramon", the result "López" won't appear.

Hence, accents should be ignored when retrieving info in any column of any window of the application.
Steps To ReproduceGo to Business Partner window, if you have López as business partner, but you type Lopez in name column, no results will appear.

This is current design for filtering. Making it accent insensitive would cause performance issues abroad the whole application.

This will be implemented by 0019027, making it optional and possibly persisting transformed texts in DB.
