Summary0023704: Add Time Zone for the Location Settings
DescriptionIn the [Location Settings] tab of the [Country and Region] window, have a "time zone" field would be an interesting feature for the users. This will allow them to specify a time zone which will be used to render the time information shown within the application, like the Audit Info.

An important point is that values for all timestamp columns should be stored in standard UTC, which provides data consistency as such data is shared across other applications (which may be hosted in different time zones).
