Summary0027982: [RR14Q4] At cash up window, at step 1 Next button wrongly in active state, even when there are pending receipts to be deleted
DescriptionIn Cash up window, when there are open tickets to be deleted, at step 1 "Next" button wrongly in active state, before deleting the pending receipts.
Steps To Reproduce1) Login to Q4 instance, create a open ticket x1
2) Again create one more open ticket x2.
3) Then click Cash up option
4) At "Step 1 of 5: Review pending receipts", verify both the receipts X1 & X2 are listed for deletion.
5) Verify the Next button.

Defect: Next button wrongly in active state, even before deleting the pending receipts

Note: Refer the screen shot for details.

Regression in Q4: This feature is working fine in both Q2 & Q3 instances.

Fixed issue 0027982: [RR14Q4] At cash up window, at step 1 Next button wrongly in active state, even when there are pending receipts to be deleted

We need to enable Next button in Step 1 just when synchronization has finished and when there are not pending receipts.
