Summary0032435: There are columns which can be modified even with no modules in development
DescriptionThere are columns that belong to the AD dataset which can be modified when their modules are not in development. It would be nice to fix all these cases.
Steps To ReproduceAs System Admin:

1- Make sure that there are not modules in development.
2- Open the "Tables and Columns" window.
3- Select any table and change of the value of its Is Tree flag. The record can be saved (this is wrong).
Proposed SolutionIt will be nice to change the trigger which handles the errors in these cases. Another idea is to implement an event handler to centralize this.
