Copy store with digital Coupons: copies the Financial Account but does not add it to Issuing Company > Accounts subtab

In Store A Roncq I got:
* A Financial Account BA002 - Norauto RONCQ - GEN
* And a Record inside issuing company > Accounts subtab for that store A Roncq: see attached image


Steps To ReproduceWith org.openbravo.retail.copystore.digitalcoupons module installed

1. If I copy retail restore from Store A Roncq to a Store B:
* I get the Financial Account copied OK
* But it is not creating a record inside Accounts subtab of Issuing Company window
Proposed SolutionCreate the proper a record inside Accounts subtab of Issuing Company window as store A does

Fixed BUG-45271: Fixes issue in adding financial account to Issuing company
* Issue in validation that filters fin account
* It tries to filter using original fin account name in new store.
* It must filer using newly formed name
