| Steps To Reproduce | - In backoffice, open VBS-1 touchpoint and check Order Sequence Prefix is "VBS1" and Order Sequence Last Number is for instance 100. - In VBS-1 terminal, complete a ticket and check in backoffice it has "VBS1/0000101" document number. This is correct. - In backoffice, open VBS-1 touchpoint and change Order Sequence Prefix to "VBS1-1". Check Order Sequence Last Number is reset to 0. - In VBS-1 terminal, without reloading, complete a ticket and check in backoffice it has "VBS1/0000102" document number. This is correct. - In VBS-1 terminal, reload, complete a ticket and check in backoffice it has "VBS1-1/0000103" document number. This is not correct, it should be "VBS1-1/0000001". | ||||
