0015297: Instance purpose field doesn't show the text but the value. The label of other field is wrong

Description1.In the heartbeat window the field "Instance purpose" shows the value instead of the meaning of that value.

For example it shows T instead of Testing

2. There is a label named "Butops_Instance_ID"
