0017993: Employee (Manager View) not working (error is ERROR: HCMC_noteamtree.)

DescriptionOn a fresh installation of Openbravo 3, the Employee (Manager View) screen of the HCM Common module is not working.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Install latest Openbravo 3 (mine is Ubuntu)
2. Install HCM Common module
3. Access the Employee (Manager View) menu option
4. You will see ERROR: HCMC_noteamtree.
