DescriptionCash Journal related accounts need to be removed from General Ledger Configuration - Defaults tab

Cash Journal accounts are:

- Cash Book Asset (CB_Asset_Acct)
- Cash Book Differences (CB_Differences_Acct)
- Cash Transfer (CB_CashTransfer_Acct)

They are mandatory (NOT NULL) in the following tables:

C_ACCTSCHEMA_DEFAULT
C_CASHBOOK_ACCT
