0052053: buy x gift y popup not show if pending gifts

Description

Case1:
If the promotion it is applied many times, the popup didn't allow to select the possible gifts.

Case2:
If the promotion allow to take from 1 to 3 gifts, if only one selected and going back and click on pay again, it should appear again the popup, since it is still possible to have more gifts

Steps To Reproduce

Create a discount of buy x gift y
  - any x any y
  - min x = 1
  - min y = 1
  - max y = 2
  - automatic
  - gift notification
  - x = avalanche
  - y = insect repelent

Add two avalanches to the ticket, and click on pay

ERROR1: The popup only allows to select one insect repelent.
It should allow to select from 1 (min y) to 2 (max y * (times that applies the promotion = x))

ERROR2: If added the discount (only one gift), clicking back and clciking pay again didn't show the popup.
The popup should appear always that it is possible to get a gift. The purpose of that popup it is to notify the user if is missing to get a gift.
