0012044: Create New Record button in Comission Payment window

DescriptionAs Comission Payment window is not thought to create new records directly, "Create New Record" button should not appear
Steps To Reproduce1. Sales Management || Setup || Commission || Header: create a new record and save
2. Sales Management || Transactions || Commission Payment || Header: create new record and try to save. You will get the error.
Proposed SolutionFor pi: Set the Commission Payment header with UI Pattern = Single record then make all the fields as read-only except the Create Invoice button.

For 2.40: Single UI Pattern is not implemented in 2.40 (New and Delete button can not be removed) so there is not a 100% proper solution but making all the fields as read-only except the Create Invoice button.

 Steps to test:

1. Log on to Openbravo
2. Change role to Openbravo Admin
3. Go to Sales Management || Setup || Commission || Header
4. Create new records and Save it
5. Go to Sales Management || Transactions || Commission Payment || Header
6. Verify all fields are Read-Only except Create Invoice button
7. Verify 'New' and 'Delete' button not available in toolbar (Note: it's unable to remove 'New' and 'Delete' button in 2.40)
