0048908: Preference "Web POS Maximum time which the terminal can be offline" can not be configured per client

DescriptionThe preference:
Web POS Maximum time which the terminal can be offline
can not be configured per client
Steps To Reproduce. in BO:
1- change to
 Vallblanca client
2- configure preference
Web POS Maximum time which the terminal can be offline
with value 1000
3- change to QA client
4-configure preference
Web POS Maximum time which the terminal can be offline
with value 5000 / selected=true

. in POS:
do login in:
https://livebuilds.openbravo.com/retail_pi_pgsql/web/org.openbravo.retail.posterminal/?terminal=VBS-1 [^]
. check value preference:
OB.UTIL.localStorage.getItem('maxTimeInOffline')
it is 5000, and it should be 1000
