0049174: cannot edit event subscription in grid mode

DescriptionWhen trying to edit an Event Subscription in grid mode, the record gets frozen and it is not possible.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create an Event Subscription in form view
2. Try to edit it in grid view
 ERRROR:
   -The record gets frozen not being able to edit
   -The following error is seen in the console:
