0058337: RT Printer fiscalization not allowing return orders with discount

DescriptionWhen doing a return of a order that has discounts applied, on a till with the rtprinter feature configured, it is not possible to do it.
Error is:

'All promotions must be negative'.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a order with a discount
Save it
Execute a return
Message is shown
'All promotions must be negative'.
